ingredients:
{beat egg whites into soft peaks}
{gradually beat in 1 cup confectioner's sugar}
{melt 1 cup chocolate chips in a bowl, about two minutes in the microwave}
{wisk 1 cup confectioner's sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a bowl, add to egg whites}
{sitr in melted chocolate and 1/2 cups chocolate chips}
{place dough on greased baking sheet}
{bake at 400˚F for about 10 minutes}

ReplyDeleteWow, these look irresistible! My mom officially made our family go gluten free last Friday AKA No more chocolate cookies, brownies, birthday cake). You'd think that'd mean the end of the world was near but its not that bad! I am SO going to try this recipe. Thanks Emily.
